Within the framework of construction works, it is planned to reconstruct the roof structures of the building's gym, installation of a new roof covering and measures to increase the building's energy efficiency, including insulation of the building's enclosed structures - building extension facades, plinths and foundations, replacement of old wooden doors and windows, in accordance with the conditions of the National Cultural Heritage Board.

In the whole building will also be rebuilt heating system and heating unit, ventilation system, water supply and sewerage system, wiring system and video surveillance system. In addition, measures will be taken to ensure the accessibility of the environment in the building and landscaping works. The main facade of the building will be repainted.
