On 25 February, a topping out ceremony was held at the upcoming interior museum - Madame Hoyer Hotel.
41% of the planned construction works are now finished, including 22% of the overall construction and reconstruction works, including spatial reconstruction, construction of a basement, restoration of windows, doors, walls and ceilings.

Most of the planned dismantling works are now finished, along with the strengthening of the foundations, construction of beams of the first and second floors of the building, prosthetics, reinforcement and replacement works. Indoors, the mantle chimney and bread oven are already clearly marked. At the same time, roof renovation works are being carried out and the construction of the floor base has been started. The production of new windows, restoration of oven tiles and creation of the necessary copies have also been started.
The works are carried out in accordance with a previously developed restoration programme, with prior archaeological analyses, marking the historical painting locations and carrying out other preparations to preserve the historical evidence of the building as much as possible.
