To ensure the successful organisation of Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Festival in 2020, dividing of the second round into stages B1 and B2 was entrusted to architects. The first stage of the second round involved the implementation of construction of the stage itself, whereas the second stage would include the construction of residential and office buildings as well as the improvement of the area.

This will be not only one of the most complicated stages of the construction works but also among the most unique in terms of engineering technical solutions.
