According to the concluded contract, the new building of the sports house will be connected to the existing school building. On the first floor, there will be an entrance lobby with a cloakroom, coach room and the large sports hall, which is intended for basketball, volleyball, handball and indoor football training sessions as well as a separate hall for fight sports. Between both sports halls there will be a dressing room block, sanitary facilities for visitors and a room for storage of equipment. Whereas in the southern part of the building, there will be a technical room with inbuilt heating unit and water supply. A fitness hall, sanitary facilities for visitors, ventilation chamber and balconies for spectators will be constructed on the second floor of the building.
During the construction works, it is planned to perform territory improvement works with an area of 9,236 m2, and also a spacious area with 116 car parking spaces, 30 benches and 25 bicycle stands as well as poles for three flags at the main entrance of the sports hall will be created.
